Rates are per room, per night based on single/double occupancy and do not
include taxes. Rates, taxes are subject to change without notice. Restrictions

Parking: Each room has one complimentary
parking space. Additional parking spaces for 2nd car, guest parking, trailer,
and visitor parking can be purchased for $10 per space, per day. Meter parking
is available 1 block away.
Credit Cards: Plaza Beach accepts Visa,
MasterCard, and Discover. Travelers Checks are accepted. We do not accept
personal checks, unless it is used for the initial pre-payment.
Reservations and Prepayment: A pre-payment
in the amount of $100.00 dollars is required to confirm reservations. Upon
arrival, the pre-payment will be applied to the last night of your stay.
In the event of an early departure, 48 hours advance notice is required
prior to scheduled arrival date, in order for the prepayment to be applied

Cancellation and Change Policy: At the Plaza Beach we value you as a guest and we know
that unexpected things do happen. For that reason, we have created a Deposit
on Hold System (DHS), with this system you NEVER LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT. In order
to cancel your reservation, we would need a 14-day advance notice prior
to your arrival date; a $20.00 dollar cancellation/handling fee will be
deducted. To keep your full-prepayment you must apply it to DHS, and we
will hold it for you until your next visit. We know that unexpected things
do happen so within 14-days of your arrival we will automatically take your
$100.00 dollars prepayment and put it into our (DHS) which will hold your
prepayment until the next time you decide to visit us again. In the event
of a Hurricane we will give full refunds back only if we are under a Hurricane
Warning, if we are under a Hurricane Watch or if you chose not to come because
of the circumstance your deposit will automatically be put into (DHS) for
use at a later time period for the same amount of days as the original reservation
that was cancelled.We
